Refund & Cancellation

1. Subscription & Credits

PermerCRM operates on a subscription and credit-based model. Due to the real-time consumption of computational resources and WhatsApp API overhead, the following policies apply:

  • Subscription Fees: All subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced.
  • AI Credits: Credits purchased for AI interactions and automated responses are strictly non-refundable once consumed or expired.
  • Free Trial: We offer a limited free trial to allow you to evaluate the system before committing to a paid plan.

2. Merchant Transaction Refunds

To protect both customers and tenants, our Wallet Engine implements a 24-72 hour settlement maturity window. This period allows for the verification of transactions and the handling of refund requests before funds are settled to a tenant's bank account.

Refund Request Window

Customers may request a refund through the link provided in their official PDF receipt within the 24-72 hour window following a transaction.

Tenant Notification

Upon a valid refund request, the tenant (merchant) will be immediately notified via their dashboard and registered contact. Tenants are required to halt any product delivery or service fulfillment once a refund request is initiated to prevent inventory loss.

3. Processing Refunds

All refunds approved by PermerCRM are processed directly back to the original payment source (Credit/Debit Card, Bank Account, or Mobile Wallet) used for the transaction.

Note: Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times. We do not issue cash refunds or transfers to third-party bank accounts.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will transition to a restricted state.
